Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. Production & Delivery Planning
- Plan and schedule production and delivery timelines based on sales orders.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse and purchasing departments.
2. Shipping & Export Coordination
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, delivery order, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
- Coordinate with transporters, forwarders and customs agents for both local and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with shipping/export regulations and company SOPs.
3. Logistics & Inventory
- Liaise with warehouse for stock arrangement, dispatch and receiving.
- Monitor inventory level and material movement.
- Optimize logistics cost and delivery efficiency.
4. Customer & Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and shipping arrangements.
- Work closely with suppliers and logistic partners to ensure smooth operations.
5. Reporting
- Maintain updated records of orders, shipments, and inventory movement.
- Prepare logistic and planning reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh grads with internship experience are welcome).
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, ERP or logistics software.
- Strong sense of responsibility, coordination & time management.
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
