Assist in overseeing both operational and administrative functions of the petrol station to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with regulations, and efficient coordination with the station supervisor and team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily station operations, including supervising staff and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and managing employee duty rosters.
- Monitor and manage inventory for fuel, lubricants, and store merchandise.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and fuel.
- Handle customer service matters, including addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage petty cash, prepare financial reports, and assist with budgeting processes.
- Report and document any incidents, damages, or operational issues.
- Assist in training new staff and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in supervisory or administrative roles, preferably in retail or service industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
