Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and securely.
- Maintain records of transactions and prepare daily sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Restock merchandise and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report and document any incidents, damages, or issues affecting operations.
- Assist with training new staff and ensuring adherence to station policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in business administration, retail, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, preferably in retail or service industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
