We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage a wide range of administrative and executive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare, review, and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
- Support in project coordination, follow-ups, and execution of business initiatives.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and business partners as required.
- Provide personal and professional assistance to ensure the Director’s tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a dynamic environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
