Responsibilities:
Administration Duties:
- Perform general administrative support including data entry, filing, answering calls
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping
- Assist in logistics and shipping documentation preparation (DO, Invoice, etc.)
- Monitor and order office supplies
Accounting Duties:
- Handle basic accounting functions including AP/AR, invoicing, and payment processing
- Assist in month-end closing, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accounting records
- Prepare and maintain petty cash, expense claims, and financial reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (logistics industry experience is a plus)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and multitask

Pay: RM1,897.38 - RM2,839.14 per month
