Personal Assistant Wanted (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid/Flexible)
I am currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support my daily administrative and creative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, proactive, and adaptable—with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Familiar with basic IT tasks (scheduling, file management, emails, etc.)
- Comfortable handling confidential matters
- Bonus if you have experience with photography, videography, or content creation
- Formal education is not a requirement—but you must be disciplined, detail-oriented, and efficient
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, bookings, and communication
- Assist with logistics and errands (in-person and virtual)
- Support during events, shoots, or meetings
- Help organize content or digital files
- Provide general administrative assistance
