We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties
- Manage the front desk by greeting and attending to visitors, clients, and callers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing documents, and taking minutes when required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in personal tasks and ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the management.
General Administrative Support
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.
- Support the team in general administrative tasks, filing, and document management.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience as a receptionist, secretary, or personal assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance, with a pleasant and welcoming personality.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
- Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- No outstation travel is required for this position.
