About the role
A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our senior management team. This full-time position is based in our offices in Shah Alam, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the daily schedules and calendars of CEO and COO, coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, handling inquiries, and maintaining filing systems
- Provide support for various projects and initiatives, including research, data entry, and report preparation
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with office management procedures and practices
