Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Director in both professional and personal matters. This role requires exceptional time management, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure the Director’s day runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day schedules, appointments, and calendar planning

2. Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

3. Organize travel plans including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

4. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

5. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

6. Perform personal errands and tasks as required (e.g., shopping, reservations, event planning)

7. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

8. Manage emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the employer

9. Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date

10. Provide administrative support in both professional and personal matters

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

2. Knowledge on Malaysian Company Act 1965 & 2016 is a plus point.

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills

4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

5. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

6. Tech-savvy: proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

8. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules

9. Willingness to work outside standard hours or travel if needed

10. A valid driver’s license and own transport

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
