We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Parts Assistant to support our service team in managing vehicle spare parts and inventory. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and willing to learn. Male or female candidates are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing vehicle spare parts
- Prepare parts required by mechanics/technicians for vehicle servicing
- Check and monitor stock levels, and alert supervisor for restocking
- Maintain proper records of parts in and out
- Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory control
- Ensure the parts store is clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Assist in sourcing and ordering spare parts from suppliers when required
- Help customers or workshop staff with part enquiries
