About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Executive to grow our food businesses. This role involves reaching out to businesses and organizations to offer our f&b packages, building long-term B2B relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with kitchen and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients for catering and bulk F&B orders.
- Reach to corporate business for staff discount partnership
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client needs and budget.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and operations team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with client HR teams, event organizers, or office managers.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain strong after-sales support and manage feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during client engagement.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years in sales, partnerships, account management or business development preferably within F&B or hospitality industry. Any relevant industries experience is encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients.
- Understanding of F&B workflows from kitchen to delivery.
- Experience in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and proposals.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
