Job Title: Part-Time F&B Waiter/Waitress
Location: Grand Swiss-Belhotel Melaka
Position Summary:
We are seeking courteous, well presented and service oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team on a part time basis. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining service, maintaining operational standards and ensuring a positive guest experience in all F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Set up and clear tables before and after service
- Handle guest requests and provide prompt assistance
- Support the team during events, functions and peak hours
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and service protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
- Presentable, punctual and customer focused
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8.00 - RM10.00 per day
