Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall outlet operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high performance and excellent service
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and QAQC standards
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively
- Plan and prepare staff schedules based on business needs
- Analyze outlet performance, sales data, and generate strategic reports
- Implement and enforce company SOPs and policies consistently
- Liaise with upper management on operational updates, needs, and improvements
- Handle ad hoc tasks and crisis management as needed
Requirements:
- Age: 25–35 years old
- Ethnicity: Chinese or Malay (to fit team and customer base)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Store/Outlet Manager in the F&B industry
- Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Customer Service: Excellent track record in customer satisfaction
- Education: Minimum SPM or higher qualification
- Language: Excellent communication in both English and Malay
- Vaccination: Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses)
- Transport: Own transport preferred
