Responsibilities:
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with QAQC standards
- Manage daily stock receiving, ordering, and inventory tracking
- Provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer concerns
- Supervise daily operations and support the team to ensure smooth service
- Assist in staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower during shifts
- Support the Outlet Manager in executing operational plans
- Ensure team compliance with outlet and company SOPs
- Submit daily/weekly reports as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or management
Requirements:
- Age: 25–35 years old
- Ethnicity: Chinese or Malay (for language and team dynamic considerations)
- Experience: At least 2 years in the F&B industry with prior supervisory experience preferred
- Customer Service: Strong skills in handling customer interactions
- Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Language: Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
- Others: Energetic, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Vaccination: Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses)
- Transport: Own transport preferred
