JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Responsible for the plan, lead, organize and manage a chain of retail outlets.
· Contribute to sales plans for the brand(s), implement activities as per the agreed plan and carry out cost control measures to achieve set targets vs budgets.
· Monitor the sales figures against forecasts, analyse and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit.
· Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards and monitor quality of customer service.
· Observe the standards and provide feedback to store managers to take appropriate action at store level.
· Organize and implement sales promotional and any marketing activities in conjunction with the operations and ensure that the setup is in line with operational policies and successful.
· Keep up to date with market trends pertaining to industry/trade/product category, customer preferences and competitor activities.
· To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies. To identify method of stock generation in conjunction with the store manager.
· Ensure that the training, development and motivation of staff in the stores is implemented as well as coach and mentor entire team to ensure that all staff are encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution.
· Work together with all HOD's of respective departments to support retail demands.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
· Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
· Dynamic personality with strong communication, organization, problems solving, follow up and interpersonal skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
