Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data entry: keying in delivery orders and issuing invoices
- Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring a smooth operational flow of work
- Problem solving of discrepancies arising from branch and customers
- Monitor and analyze performances of drivers’ and storekeepers’ performance at an acceptable level as established by the company.
- Manage the customer services and relationship through regular feedbacks and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper procedures to minimise pilferages, losses and or damages.
- Ensure all required documentation being done in accordance with company existing system and procedures.
- Manage customer service and optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction by responding to customers’ enquiries via email enquiries , whatsapp and/or phone calls in a timely and professional manner

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
