JOB OVERVIEW
To support the Operations Team in ensuring the smooth execution of training and administrative processes by preparing and updating documents, maintaining accurate operational records, and providing ad-hoc assistance to enhance overall efficiency and compliance with internal procedures, and cross-team collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and updating training-related documents, templates, and reference materials in Client Task Management platform and shared drives.
- Support data entry, filing, and organization of training or team-building materials, attendance records, and venue quotations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for internal training activities, including scheduling, resource preparation, and material distribution if needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.

- Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth operations. This includes preparing and updating training-related documents, maintaining operational records, and supporting team workflows with minimal delays.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in formatting, data entry, and organization of training or team-building materials, attendance records, and venue quotations. Maintains accuracy in documentation to meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining well-structured operational documentation, ensuring quick retrieval of information, and upholding consistency in processes across shared drives and Client Task Management platform.
- Time Management: Effectively prioritizes and organizes tasks to meet deadlines for internal training activities, including scheduling, preparation, and coordination of logistics.
- Team Collaboration: Works closely with the Operations Team to provide general administrative support, fostering a cooperative work environment and contributing to the seamless execution of day-to-day workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and use project/task management tools (training will be provided).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative and fast- paced environment.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
