JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Documentation preparation
- Ensure accurate documentation, keying in & filing of documents. (ie, Quotation, Sales Order, Work order, T&C, PPM, CSR or CS related documents).
- Ensure all Quotation or Sales order are accurate according to latest pricing, marketing campaign, or customer category.
2. E-Commerce Management
- Ensuring website information is up to date & accurate (ie, products SKU, quantity, promotion, etc)
- Process orders via e-commerce channel (ie, IHB Website, Zuellig Marketplace, Shopee, etc)
- Design & upkeep products, pictures & outlook on e-commerce platform.
- Liaise with vendors for troubleshooting.
3. Supply Chain Management
- Communicate between sales team & supply chain to ensure stocks and delivery is up to customer’s requirement and expectation.
4. Customer Service
- Handling sales agents enquiries, customer enquiries, pre & post sales product related issue.
- Liaising with customer/ logistics to collect goods for after sales checking.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Attentive to details, skilled in documentation & preparing report.
2. Great communicator, excellent interpersonal and time management skills
3. Fresh graduates or candidates possessing Diploma in Allied Health/Engineering related are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
