Job Description:
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth operations, including processing sales orders, purchase requests, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure order requirements are met efficiently.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences, data entry, filing, sorting, and information collation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations within the manufacturing or construction industry preferred.
- Fresh graduates/entry-level candidates are welcome as training will be provided.
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 5-day work week, based in Ulu Tiram.
