Job Description:
- Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Provide documentation support for business modules and complete tasks within given timelines.
- Assist in preparing and compiling correspondence, reports, and filing for record-keeping and reference.
- Support the merchandising or supply chain team with data entry, tracking, and monitoring of processes.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Willing to learn, dedicated, and committed to completing assigned tasks.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
