JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Partner Onboarding Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
Become an expert in current and future company integration systems and interfaces between
internal and external business systems.
Deliver exceptional service and support to service providers.
Oversee the entire integration process from initiation until service go-live.
Serve as the technical expert to assist partners in onboarding to the company platform.
Solve integration issues, especially those involving multiple unit processes.
Govern onboarding processes to ensure system assembly design rules are met.
Share knowledge with team members to ensure readiness for new products and processes.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Provide technical support to onboard service providers to the company platform.
Ensure strict adherence to onboarding processes.
Meet SLA and target integration process timelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, especially in Telco/VAS/mobile industries.
Onboarding experience is essential.
Experience in content provider or digital service companies is a plus.
Knowledge of Telco or Digital API integrations, software development environments, and system
integrations will be advantageous.
Familiarity with project management processes and system development methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to shift priorities effectively.
Ability to communicate well across different levels, resolve conflicts constructively, and build lasting
relationships with peers, stakeholders, and team members.
Demonstrated ability to work well in diverse teams, handling differences in age, culture, or seniority.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Linux, Java, PHP, XML, MySQL, SMPP, HTTP, REST APIs.
Troubleshooting experience in technical issues
