Job Description
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Analyze, plan, and conceptualize new ideas for the company website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage copywriting for online marketing content across platforms.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor SEO and campaign performance regularly, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Create and edit graphics and videos for digital and social media content.
- Manage the company’s e-store and online platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
Advertising, Promotions & Campaign Management
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Execute both offline and online marketing initiatives that align with brand objectives.
- Identify marketing opportunities and partnerships for collaboration.
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
Product Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging based on market and customer insights.
- Plan and manage product awareness, education, and adoption campaigns.
- Monitor product performance and collect customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Product Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) and external partners (dealers, promoters).
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of product features, value propositions, and use cases.
- Regularly update training materials to reflect the latest technologies and innovations.
Event Management
- Organize internal and external events, including workshops, product launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service) for seamless execution.
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive participation and brand alignment.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign effectiveness, product performance, and market reception.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management to support strategic decisions.
Other Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with related duties and projects.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager or HOD.
- Demonstrate company products to sales teams, dealers, and partners when needed.
- Participate in marketing events, roadshows, or workshops as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Strong creative thinking and design sensibility.
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
