1. CRM Services & Solutions Exploration
- Research and expand CRM services and solutions, including:
- Community Management Services
- Loyalty Services & Solutions
- Customer Database Platform (CDP)
- Gain exposure to the ecosystem of CRM services, solutions, and analytics across multiple media channels.
- Recommend the most effective CRM services and solutions.
2. CRM Project Management
- Provide support in CRM project management.
- Assist in preparing pre-audit reports and conducting proposal research.
- Contribute to project proposal development and participate in project pitching.
- Gain hands-on experience in CRM project management, including contest management, loyalty programs, and membership programs.
- Support community management through engagement, activation, lead generation, and brand management.
- Prepare social media analytics reports covering competitor monitoring, product tracking, and brand listening.
- Support customer service projects through message responses, inbound/outbound calls, chatbot training, and assistance.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (pursuing or completed) in Advertising, Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
