Your role
- Ensure the growth of the company sales by developing and maintaining favourable relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide solution and solving problems for clients
- Meet up with prospects to sell digital media, primarily Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Advertising (Facebook & Instagram), and web design
- Prepare proposals in a timely manner
- Follow up diligently with prospects to close the sale
- Responsible for end-to-end follow up for clients
- Responsible for taking ownership of customer inquiries and problem
- Meet and exceed annual Sales Performance Indicator (SPI) goals
- Develop prospective client sources utilising various communication medium, including personal visits
- Creating reports and working with the Sales Development Representative team.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/Administration/Mass Communications/Media/Art/Creative Design/Comp Science/IT or equivalent.
- Genuine interest in digital and social media platforms.
- Has a customer-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English and ability to communicate at all levels with people from different ethnic and cultural origins.
