As a Marketing Intern, you will support brand teams in executing key marketing and visual merchandising initiatives across multiple brands. Your responsibilities will include coordination, content preparation, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
Jo Malone London
- Coordinate monthly no-charge requests to stores for samples, testers, collaterals, and birthday gifts.
- Manage Global Merchandising Workflow (GMW) ordering for visual merchandising (VM) updates.
- Submit bulletins to the Commercial Team based on plans provided by the Retail Manager (RM).Z
Tom Ford
- Handle monthly no-charge requests to stores for samples, testers, collaterals, and birthday gifts.
- Process GMW orders for VM updates.
- Organize and distribute monthly in-store video updates.
- Submit bulletins to the Commercial Team following RM’s plans.
Le Labo
- Facilitate monthly no-charge requests to stores for samples, testers, and collaterals.
- Oversee GMW ordering for VM updates.
- Coordinate LL EDM setup: prepare HTML files for the agency and share with Global for approval (copy and visuals provided by Global).
- Liaise with the Amenities Team to monitor outreach progress and updates to prospects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required but an availability for up to 6 months is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- Strong interest in retail marketing, visual merchandising, and brand communications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across different brands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with HTML is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing operations such as sample/tester distribution, bulletin submissions, and VM updates.
- Comfortable working with creative assets and coordinating with agencies and global teams for approvals.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and brand-specific needs.
