Salary Range: RM 2,800 – RM 3,800/month (Negotiable)
Location: MPMSB Headquarters, Cyberjaya, Selangor
1. Position Purpose
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote MPMSB’s products and services. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Marketing Campaign Development
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
2.2 Content Creation & Management
- Create compelling content for digital channels, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
2.3 Event & Promotion Management
- Organise and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Support sponsorships and partnership activities.
2.4 Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
2.5 Collaboration with Sales
- Work closely with Sales Executives to align marketing strategies with sales targets.
- Provide marketing materials and tools to support sales pitches.
2.6 Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with Section M of the HR Policy on ethics and professional conduct.
3. Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in ICT, technology solutions, or related industries.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Working Conditions
- Office-based with occasional travel for events and client activities.
- Standard working hours (Monday – Friday) with flexibility for marketing events.
- Compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality requirements.
