What You'll Be Doing
- Graphic Design: Develop engaging and brand-compliant visual templates or assets, including video assets, for internal and external materials including but not limited to presentations, newsletters, blogs, whitepapers, and other resources for both digital and print following brand updates from time to time.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Help execute events such as expos, roundtables, conferences, webinars across Malaysia and ASEAN.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Work with the Marketing and Comms team to develop and manage integrated marketing and communication strategies across APAC.
- Email Marketing: Assist in planning and executing email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Survey Design & Data Analysis: Conduct surveys, analyze data, and extract insights to improve marketing efforts and demonstrate marketings ROI to the business.
- Budget & Campaign Management: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, purchase order raising, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign success, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Central Marketing or International Marketing functions to get support, align strategies and maximize brand impact.
- Briefing docs for Agencies: Help to develop briefing docs and listing of requirements for events or campaigns to ensure Orange Business needs are captured.
- Centre Support & Travel: Visit various locations as needed to support marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Visual Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and event management
- A creative and energetic mindset with strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in design packages.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-starter with good initiation and being resourceful
- Experience in survey design, data collection, and analysis - desirable.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
