The Opportunity
The Event Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality event setup services, including venue preparation, audiovisual (AV) equipment configuration, and ground support. This role ensures smooth event operations by overseeing technical setups, troubleshooting AV issues, and maintaining event equipment, furniture and fittings records.
Additionally, the position provides timely updates to stakeholders, supports contractor coordination, and adheres to safety and compliance standards.
Reporting line: The position reports to the Senior Technical Officer (Maintenance) under routine
