Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Delivery
- Develop and implement HR strategies responsive to the needs of the IT and manufacturing solution landscape—supporting innovation, digital transformation, and organizational agility.
- Partner with leadership to foster a performance-driven, inclusive culture, aligned with FSBM’s corporate values and listed-company governance standards.
2. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Acquire top-tier talent with digital, AI, cybersecurity, and smart manufacturing expertise through inclusive, fair recruitment.
- Onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration into FSBM’s collaborative and technical work environment.
- Offboard professionally, implementing exit interviews to gather insights that support continuous improvement.
3. Employee Relations
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
4. Performance & Career Development
- Design and manage performance evaluation systems tailored for tech professionals—focusing on goal alignment, competency growth (e.g., AI, analytics, security), and career pathways.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs around emerging technologies and leadership in IT.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Benchmark compensation packages to ensure competitiveness in the IT and digital solutions market, attracting and retaining specialized talent.
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR operations comply with Malaysian labor laws, company policies, and corporate governance guidelines.
- Contribute HR-related data for internal and external reporting, including sustainability and governance disclosures where relevant.
7. Employee Engagement
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention in alignment with company culture and values.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a large-scale organization or multinational company.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws; experience with listed company compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
