Responsibilities:
Accounting Support
- Assist in handling daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing
- Support in preparing basic financial reports, bank reconciliations, and documentation
- Ensure proper filing of financial documents and records
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies and handle general administrative tasks
- Assist in documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with other departments to support day-to-day operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries when needed
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates in Accounting, Business Admin, or related fields are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Good attention to detail, willing to learn, and responsible
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
