Industry: E-Commerce Platform
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via non-voice channel + outbound calls in Mandarin and English
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist customers with order inquiries, complaints, returns, or account questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
- Diploma minimum

Remuneration Package: RM 3.64k - 4.6k
Shift: 24/7 rotational shift. 5 days’ work with 2 days off. Off days on rotational basic.
