Diploma or Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic)
5–8 years of working experience with heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, trucks, etc.)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Familiarity with workshop operations and safety regulations is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate workshop operations, where the repair of heavy equipment (e.g. excavator, bulldozer, truck & etc) as well as welding & fabrication works are carried out
Liaise between workshop personnel, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of work
Monitor and manage productivity, efficiency, qualities of work, job costings and delivery timelines
Coordinate with customers on repair and fabrication requests and make necessary arrangements
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints
Provide technical supports and advices to customers
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards as mandated by Department of Safety and Health (DOSH)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe condition in the workshop and related areas
Manage the monthly inventory report of scheduled waste and coordinate its disposal through a licensed contractor
Coordinate the receipt and delivery of equipment and maintain accurate documentation
