Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ensuring the normal operation of mechanical equipment on assigned machines; must be familiar with the mechanical structure and operating principles of the assigned machines. In the event of a malfunction or potential hazard, promptly report to the supervisor and carry out repairs.
2. Perform scheduled maintenance and Level I/II servicing of mechanical equipment as assigned by the supervisor. Complete relevant forms upon completion and report back to the supervisor.
3. Conduct routine inspections (daily, weekly, monthly), special checks, and problem-point inspections of equipment in the assigned area. Timely completion of inspection records and reporting to the supervisor is required.
4. Based on supervisor's instructions, carry out repairs, maintenance, or corrective actions for issues identified during inspections or reported by equipment users.
5. Respond promptly to emergency equipment failures or unexpected production issues as directed by the supervisor, and arrive at the site immediately to handle the situation.
6. Participate in company-, department-, and area-organized training sessions and drills, and undergo related tests and assessments.
7. Take part in departmental and team-level 5S activities; responsible for keeping the work area clean and tidy, ensuring a clean site after each task.
8. Strictly follow the company's safety operating procedures; take full responsibility for the safety of personal operations and the working environment, and strictly prohibit any violation of safety rules.
Job Requirements:
1. Must hold a valid welder’s work permit.
2. Familiar with basic fitter (machinist) skills and key operational techniques.
岗位职责
1.负责责任机台机械设备正常运行，熟悉了解所属责任机台的机械结构及运行原理，责任机台发生机械设备故障或出现隐患时，第一时间汇报上级主管，并进行检修；
2.按照计划并根据上级主管的工作分配对机械设备进行计划性检修及一二级保养，完成后及时填写相应表单并汇报上级主管。
3.负责所属区域内的机械设备巡检（日、周、月）、专项检查、痛点检查，完成检查后及时填写相应表单并汇报上级主管。
4.对检查发现的问题或设备使用部门反馈的问题，根据上级主管的安排完成检修维保.整改等工作。
5.设备出现突发故障或生产出现突发状况时能够及时响应上级主管安排，第一时间抵达现场进行处理。
6.参加公司、部门及所属区域的组织的培训.演练，并接受考试及考核。
7.参与部门及班组的5S工作，负责作业区域场地清洁卫生工作，做到工完场清。
8.严格执行公司安全操作规程，对个人的作业行为和环境安全负全责，杜绝违章作业。
任职资格
具备焊工上岗证，了解钳工相关操作技能及要点。
