- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Perform repairs works on lighting, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning units.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure longevity and functionality of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Document work completed, parts used, and issues identified in maintenance logs.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to support cross-functional maintenance activities.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to mitigate any potential hazards or disruptions.
Job Requirements
- Technical diploma or certification in Electrical. Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technician role within facilities management or a similar industry.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities.
- Able to work on Shift

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
