Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support daily operations in outpatient clinics, operating theatres, treatment rooms, and the daycare surgery ward.
- Assist doctors during surgical procedures and outpatient consultations.
- Manage instrument sterilization, track stock levels, and ensure availability of consumables and sterile equipment.
- Conduct initial patient assessments and assist in preparing patients for procedures.
- Provide basic patient care, counselling, and health education under medical supervision.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Rotate across various areas, including OT, counselling, medication dispensing, and general nursing duties, according to operational needs.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and uphold professional ethics at all times.
- Deliver high-quality patient service and handle feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Support both pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
- Ensure correct posting of surgical charges and treatment-related entries.
- Monitor and manage medical supply inventory to prevent shortages.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to support the center’s growth when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
