We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machining Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines and related equipment, ensure product quality, and support smooth production operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities 工作职责
- Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and machining centers according to process instructions.
根据工艺要求操作数控车床、铣床和加工中心等设备。
- Set up machines, load materials, and monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
进行机台设定、装料并监控加工过程，确保精度与效率。
- Perform basic machine adjustments, tool changes, and daily equipment checks.
执行机台基本调试、刀具更换及日常点检。
- Carry out in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
使用卡尺、千分尺等工具进行过程质量检验。
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
按照生产计划完成加工任务。
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
遵守 5S 和安全标准，保持工作环境整洁、安全、有序。
- Report equipment abnormalities, defects, or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
及时向主管汇报设备异常、缺陷或质量问题。
- Assist in basic preventive maintenance of machines as instructed.
按要求协助执行设备的基础保养。
Job Requirements 任职要求
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Machining, or related fields (SPM with relevant experience will be considered).
机械、制造、机加工等相关专业文凭 / 证书（中学学历配合相关经验亦可考虑）。
- At least 1–2 years of machining or CNC operation experience preferred (fresh graduates with technical training may also apply).
至少 1–2 年机加工或数控操作经验者优先（相关技术培训的应届毕业生亦可申请）。
- Familiarity with machining processes and measuring instruments.
熟悉机加工工艺及常用量具。
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
能阅读和理解技术图纸。
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and safety awareness.
责任心强，具备良好的团队合作及安全意识。
- Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
能接受轮班及加班安排。

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
