Overview:
We are a boutique talent consultancy specializing in luxury retail, hospitality, and lifestyle industries. Our services span across headhunting, talent development, and customer experience training, with a focus on delivering high standards that reflect the brands we serve. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic professional who can play a dual role in recruitment and training support, helping us build exceptional teams while contributing to the growth of our consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for client roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines within the luxury retail, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, culture fit, and long-term talent requirements.
- Prepare candidate profiles, consultant commentary, and recommendations for client presentations.
- Support business development by identifying potential client opportunities and nurturing relationships.
Training Support
- Assist in the design and coordination of training workshops and talent development programs.
- Provide logistical support during training sessions (materials, participant engagement, follow-ups).
- Co-facilitate selected modules, focusing on recruitment insights, career growth, and people development.
- Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
General
- Represent the consultancy in a professional and credible manner with clients, candidates, and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and market insights to support both recruitment and training practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house); exposure to luxury, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with small groups (training exposure is a plus).
- Passionate about talent, people development, and client service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
