Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of goods
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Assist in resolving delivery issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and transactions
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in logistics or supply chain is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related fields
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory systems
- Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must possess own transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
