Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and distribution.
- Develop and implement warehouse layouts, processes, and systems to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
- Manage transportation, fleet, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within warehouse and transport operations.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply chain and distribution needs.
- Implement and maintain ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) for inventory accuracy.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource planning for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct regular audits on inventory, shipments, and logistics performance.
- Resolve issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments, or inventory discrepancies.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Proven experience with inventory control, fleet management, and logistics planning.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
