Job Description:
We are looking for a Cantonese-speaking Live Sales Agent to join our customer service team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage both English-speaking and Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through calls and chats
- 90% of support in English (USA, Australia, Europe customers)
- 10% of support in Cantonese and Mandarin (Hong Kong, Taiwan, China customers)
- Ensure high-quality service and meet performance KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Customer Service or Sales
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Willing to work onsite (remote not available)
