Job Description
- Manage part-time agent: task assignments, monitor KPIs and QA score. Training and coaching of agents.
- Scheduling and monitor attendance for part time agents.
- Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs.
- Execute urgent listing takedowns and identify gaps that address listing-related issues.

Monitoring platform to ensure the quality and the legitimacy of the listings, particularly in relation to tackling Prohibited Listings on the platform.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants are welcomed to apply.
- Proactive, resourceful, result-oriented and capable of working tentatively as an individual or even team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, and Malay, in both verbal and written forms (fluency in additional local languages such as Mandarin would be a plus).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills always.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a plus.
