Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Direction
- Develop content strategies tailored specifically for Instagram, including Reels, Stories, and Feed.
- Plan, script, and storyboard engaging video content aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
- Collaborate with video editors (VE) and direct shoots to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
- Provide feedback on video drafts and oversee the full production process from ideation to publishing.
Production Coordination
- Guide video editors and content creators through the shooting process, ensuring the right tools and materials are prepared.
- Follow up on all aspects of production including references, script writing, uploads, and boosting schedule.
Trend Research & Content Sourcing
- Stay current with Instagram trends, audio, hashtags, memes, and cultural moments.
- Curate and manage a centralized database of trend links and materials (via DMS).
- Regularly update a ‘Trending Bank’ for creative team inspiration.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze performance data (Impressions, Engagement, Reach, etc.) to evaluate content effectiveness.
- Create daily and weekly performance reports, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor boosting results and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Content Optimization
- Optimize content for Instagram's algorithm including use of metadata, post timing, and platform-specific best practices.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve content performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
- Contribute to broader company projects and support marketing and branding initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating social media content.
- Understanding on the requirements and needs of local demographic on social media trends,
- Good knowledge in skincare product would be advantage
- Experience in managing social media account, specifically Instagram
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and quick learner.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
