1.0 Leasing
i. Attend to walk-in potential tenants (customer/prospect)
ii. Prepare Proforma, Schedule A & B.
iii. Preparation of Refund Deposit process.
iv. Administrative support to the HOD.
v. Prepare correspondences – letter, memo.
vi. Assist the HOD in promotion planning and prospect sourcing.
vii. Assist the HOD in the selection tenant for all promotion activities.
viii. Assist in ensuring aging accounts across the Central Region Mall are actioned and followed up.
ix. Assist in attend to tenancy related matters, including negotiation, renewal and handling over of units.
x. Assist in supervising the entire operations process for new retail outlet opening and meeting the opening deadline.
ix. Assist in maintaining good communication and business relations with tenants to enhance good landlord- tenant relationship.
xi. Assist HOD to prepare tenant listing report for renewal.
xii. Assist with monitoring and managing the Mall tenancy management policies.
2.0 Others:
i. Any other tasks assigned by the superior on an ad hoc basis.
ii. Daily work progress reporting to the HOD.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
