About the Role:
As an Intern in the Kitchen Team, you will gain real-life exposure to kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and quality control practices. You will work alongside our experienced kitchen crew and learn the day-to-day tasks that keep a high-volume kitchen running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation (e.g. chopping, marinating, portioning ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area according to SOP and food safety standards
- Support kitchen team during service hours (e.g. plating, packing, basic cooking)
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock arrangement
- Follow instructions from Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor in daily tasks
- Learn and adhere to safety and hygiene procedures at all times
