We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen our product presence in the market.
What You Will Do:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and outlets to drive long-term business growth.
- Sales & Marketing Execution: Implement and oversee sales and marketing plans as directed by the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Promotion Monitoring: Manage the execution and performance of promotions and provide strategic feedback to management.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with competitor activities, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Stock & Performance Management: Monitor aged and slow-moving stocks, recommend marketing actions, and ensure healthy inventory turnover.
- Training & Development: Conduct product knowledge training and coaching sessions for outlet staff to enhance product awareness and sales capabilities.
- Customer Engagement: Actively promote and educate consumers about our products to ensure strong brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for assigned outlets.
- Event & Promotion Management: Lead and ensure effective execution of promotional events at outlets.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed sales analysis, performance reports, and market intelligence to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including pharmacy staff, outlet managers, and customers.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple outlets/accounts.
- A proactive, strategic, and results-driven leader with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
