About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Key Account Executive to join our Recruitment & Staffing team. In this role, you will manage client accounts, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure smooth service delivery from start to finish. You’ll be the key link between our clients and internal teams — helping to match the right talent to the right opportunities, while maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring recruitment needs are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and contract extensions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Team on workforce planning and candidate placements.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, agreements, and contract renewals.
- Act as the main contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Resolve client issues and handle complaints professionally to maintain trust.
- Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and account updates to the Key Account Manager.
- Support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, recruitment, or HR (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
