The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Vocational Training Officer (VTO) to join our dynamic team. This is the perfect starting point for a passionate technical graduate, offering a unique path to a national and potentially international career, beginning at our headquarters in Shah Alam.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
● Assisting Senior VTOs in conducting world-class practical and theoretical training sessions based on the National Occupational Skill Standards (NOSS).
● Preparing training materials, setting up advanced automation and robotics equipment, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
● Providing one-on-one guidance to trainees, helping them master complex technical skills.
● Assisting in the assessment of trainee progress, including marking assignments and supervising practical tests.
● Maintaining accurate records of trainee performance and workshop inventory.
What You Bring to The Table:
● A valid Vocational Training Officer (VTO) Certificate (I-031-3:2014).
● A Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 or a Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
● 0-2 years of experience in a technical or training role.
● A strong passion for technology and a desire to inspire others.
● Excellent communication skills and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
