Job Description:
- Providing L1 support and troubleshooting to clients, either remotely or on-site.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Performing routine maintenance and system updates to ensure smooth operations.
- Documenting and tracking all support activities and resolutions, and ensuring the ticket is closed within the SLA.
- Assist the technical leader on the department operation.
- Collaborating with the team to address complex issues.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Experience in Linux, IPPBX, VMware, Putty, and VPN will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Familiarity with common IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
- Able to travel out of the Klang Valley.
