Job Description:
- Provide a full range of confidential personal assistant duties and overall administration support to Founder & Managing Partner (FMP).
- Handle and organise daily routine for FMP, including personal matters.
- Maintain FMP calendar, appointment scheduling, drafting reports, correspondences, coordination and arrangement of meeting.
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Responsible for organising FMP's travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accomodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
- Interact, liaise and manage good working relationship with other operating department, business partners, multiple vendors, customers, associates and senior management team.
- Process monthly payroll and government statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, income tax and zakat.
- Undertake any assignment, task and relevant duties as required by FMP.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, or a Diploma in Secretarial or Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Proactive, resilience and able to multitask, work in flexible manner, under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Self-motivated with high level of commitment, integrity, resourcefulness, trustworthiness and maintain confidentiality.
- Able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
