Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing construction plans, tender processes, document preparation, and quantity take-offs for various projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for material procurement, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the project budget.
- Support in preparing cost estimates, analyzing budgets, and suggesting cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain and organize site records, documentation, and project files.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
